Touches

Pizza & Pasta Making: Spend a few hours in a local kitchen with experienced sfogline and pizzaioli. Make your own pasta or pizza, learn a few of the traditional techniques and finish with a meal together.

Fresh Cheese & Mozzarella Making: Visit a local cheesemaker early in the day and see how fresh mozzarella or burrata is made. Naturally, the best part comes afterwards — tasting it while it is still fresh.

Seasonal Harvests: Depending on the time of year, guests can join local families during grape or olive harvesting. These experiences are especially interesting because they are tied directly to the season and the traditions of the area.

Farm-to-Table Dinners: Enjoy a private dinner at a farm, vineyard or country estate, using ingredients from the surrounding area. These can be very relaxed evenings, with long tables, local wine and plenty of time to enjoy the company.

Traditional Balsamic Tasting: Visit a family-run acetaia and see how traditional balsamic vinegar is aged in wooden barrels. Finish with a tasting alongside local cheeses and other regional products.

Private Truffle Hunting: Head into the woods with a local trifolao and trained dogs in search of seasonal truffles. After the hunt, enjoy a private lunch prepared with the day’s finds.

Olive Oil Experiences: Visit an old olive grove or frantoio, learn how the oil is produced and take part in a tasting. It is a simple way to understand one of the most important parts of the local food culture.

Beekeeping & Honey Tasting: Get an introduction to beekeeping and see what happens inside a working hive. Depending on the season, this can also include a tasting of different local honeys.

Golf in Historic Settings: For groups that enjoy golf, we can arrange rounds at some beautiful courses surrounded by vineyards, countryside, mountains or the coast. It also works well as a more informal setting for conversations between meetings.

Private Leather Workshops: Visit a local atelier and spend some time with a leather craftsman. You can learn the basics of cutting, stitching and finishing, and create a small personalized piece to take home.

Private Wine Experiences: Meet a local sommelier or winemaker and discover the wines of the region through a private tasting. Depending on the location, this can be combined with a visit to the vineyard or cellar.

Ceramics & Majolica: Spend some time in a traditional pottery studio learning basic glazing and painting techniques and creating your own piece.

Private Boat & Coastal Charter: Take a private boat across one of Europe’s beautiful lakes or along the coast of Mediterranean Sea . The day can be as relaxed or as active as the group prefers, with swimming, lunch and time on board.

Private Castle Experiences: Discover historic castles and palaces away from the usual tourist routes. Depending on the location, a visit can include a private tour, a dinner inside the estate or a stay in a historic property.

Winter in the Swiss Alps: It is to offer a completely different setting for a corporate retreat. Spend the day skiing or enjoying other mountain activities, followed by a private dinner in a chalet overlooking the mountains. Lots of alternatives of skiing to enjoy for them ski observers. The Alps are just as interesting outside the ski season. Hiking, scenic drives, private mountain lunches, golf and visits to local villages can all be cheerful.

Nordic Nature & Lights: Experience the quieter side of Northern Europe through private fjord trips, forest walks, scenic drives and time spent in the countryside. Depending on the season, activities can range from kayaking and hiking to snowshoeing and northern lights excursions.
