Here at Bacations we have multiple goals but the main one remains to create experiences anywhere for our guests. We are a company based in Europe, Romania specifically, but the idea took roots while in US. We spent our twenties there working in the service industry and got the chance to interact with hundreds of people daily. Talking with CEOs from different private clubs especially down in Florida where winters are usually spent we saw an opportunity and asked ourselves “why only Florida?”, “why not Sicily, or Costa Granadina or Canary Island or why not a ski session in Swiss Alps?”.
The answer we heard was never financial related as we got to an era where pretty much everybody understands that a relaxed and engaged mind will produce more per Yerkes-Dodson Law. So we narrowed it down to the COMFORT. We understood that companies are open to travel anywhere as long as they will get the comfort and security of logistics, accommodation management, organized private meetings and planned activities. So we took the business and merge it with vacations. This is how BACATIONS was born. We take care of everything. From flights, to transport, to accommodations, to driving around, to having your private team meeting for building up strategies and plans, all of these while tasting a glass of Barolo right by the vineyard, sounds like fun, doesn’t it? Let us make your bacation comfortable and secured so your only worry will be waking up an hour late for the upcoming meeting in a luxury resort, mansion or even medieval castle. Booking a flight?
